Mary R. Torres is board certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal She is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association (Real Estate and Construction Sections), Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas ( Construction Law and Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section), and the American Bar Association.
Mrs. Torres is a native of Haltom City, Texas. She graduated from the University of North Texas in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. In May 2013, she obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law). During law school, Mrs. Torres served as an intern for the Honorable Judge Brenda Hull Thompson in The Probate Court of Dallas County. She also served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Texas Wesleyan Journal of Real Property Law.
